Add cream cheese to the beef mixture and stir until it is melted and remove from heat. Put the pasta into a casserole dish and mix in some shredded cheese. Top the pasta and cheese with some beef mixture and mix until combined. Then top with the remaining shredded cheese. Bake the pasta at 350 degrees Fahrenheit uncovered for approximately 15 to 20 minutes.
