And the same goes with the peanut butter. I personally like chunky peanut butter, so thats what I used. I have since made this recipe and I tried it with almond butter and cashew butter! Both were fantastic. These cookies are definitely a great gluten-free snack and can be a healthy protein source at the same time. Go on and get baking!
