Tiny Schoolhouse

Tiny homes are about more than just being affordable and easy to keep up. This adorable Tiny Schoolhouse shows that tiny houses can pack a load of style into a cozy cabin space. This little home totally looks like a mini school house! The updated, white washed siding is so adorable, and makes it look so fresh and clean as well as bright in a neutral way. This sweet abode was built for a charity event called Tuckers House Charity, but the people who bought it unfortunately couldn't take it because their drive way wasn't large enough to fit it in their yard.

Originally built as a little playhouse, this home could also be used as a little guest cabin, as it is fully insulated with cell spray foam insulation, which is a high quality insulation. All of the furnishings are also included, although, not shown in this post unfortunately. There is even a sweet little swing on the pergola on the side of the house, which would be so fun for kids and adults alike! The walls are all cedar and the floors solid oak, the tiny house also is outfitted with electric and LED lighting, so there would be light and electricity!

This would be the perfect little home for a backyard guest home or a little studio or office. Many people are putting up tiny homes or garden cabins in their back yards these days for guests or for extra income to rent out on Air Bnb for travellers and tourists. It's a great way to make a little bit of money on the side without having people in your home. It would also be a nice home for someone who wanted to live in a tiny house, a great start to tiny house living! Or to be used as a very fancy play house!
